If you have questions, contact our volunteer coordinators ([email protected]).

SWIM PRACTICE

  • Swimmers should wear a mask as they enter and leave practices.
  • Parents are strongly encouraged to drop their swimmers off at practice. Beginning Monday, June 14, If you would like to observe practice, you are welcome to look on from the grassy areas outside of the pool deck fence. Parents will not be permitted on the pool deck during practices.
  • With only one week left of school, swimmers will transition to morning practices beginning on Monday, June 14. Practice times can be found here.
  • This week 6/7-11, swimmers should continue to sign up using the Sign Up Genius link. You will not need to sign up for morning practices.
  • If you have a kickboard, please have your child bring it to practice each day. Please label it with your child’s name.

SWIMTOPIA

All meets and social events are open in SwimTopia. Please declare your child’s availability for swim meets ASAP. Directions for declaring availability can be found on SwimTopia on the Meets and Events tab. You can always make changes and update as your plans change. If you do not declare your swimmer for both A and B meets then they will not be permitted to swim. Coach Laura needs this information to prepare Saturday’s meet sheet and there are strict entrance guidelines and deadlines for the B Meets.

TIME TRIALS

Our first event of the season is Time Trials on Saturday, June 12. All swimmers are expected to attend. Time trials will be held at OSRC on the morning of Saturday, June 12. Volunteers and swimmers need to arrive at the pool for check-in at 7:45 AM.

You must declare your swimmer's attendance for Time Trials in SwimTopia by Wednesday 6/9 at 9pm. Please note, if you cannot attend there will be NO MAKE UP time trials. For more information, and to declare your swimmer’s attendance, please click HERE.

For those of you who are new to the swim team, Time Trials are run like a B meet, however there are no Individual Medley (IM) events. The meet will begin with Freestyle and proceed through all of the age groups (youngest to oldest), followed by Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. Swimmers are expected to swim all 4 strokes (with the exception of 8&U swimmers, or those told otherwise by the coaching staff). More information will be forthcoming from the B reps. If you have any questions about Time Trials, please please here.

TEAM SWIMSUITS
