Hello Otter families!

Volunteer registration has now CLOSED.  Please go online and confirm your positions. We need to know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you have last minute conflicts. If so, you are responsible for finding your own replacement:  Must be 18 and over and a member of OSRC.  Please note that you must contact us directly regarding scheduling problems. 

Please keep in mind that we check the A meet volunteer positions EVERY WEEK after the meet sheet has been announced.  The best way to ensure you are volunteering at meets that are convenient for you is to communicate with us!  If your child gets selected to swim in an A meet and you are NOT volunteering for that meet, we may call on you to volunteer.  Currently, there are 3 A meet positions yet to be filled.    

To see a list of jobs that you have signed up for:

1. Go to the home page and hover over your name in the top right hand corner.
2. Click on “My Account.”
3. Click on each family member name to see the jobs associated with that family member.

REMEMBER - If you choose not to show up, or find a replacement, your children will not swim in the immediately following swim meet in which they qualify. 

Please feel free to email us, your volunteer coordinators, with an issues or question.  If same day emergencies occur on the day of a meet, know that we will be checking this email multiple times throughout the day, so be sure to inform us ASAP.
