Hi Otters!

Set the alarm!  Come on up to the pool in your team suit at 8:00am on Monday, July 12th for the annual team and individual pictures and then enjoy a fabulous pancake breakfast!  THIS IS FOR PUPS TOO!  The team picture will happen promptly at 8:00am so please do not be late!

To speed things along, please print out the attached order form and bring it with you. 

***All practices (including Pups) will be cancelled on Monday

IMPORTANT NOTES FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHER REGARDING ORDERS

Please print a copy of the order form to complete and send with your swimmer. 

Payment is due on Picture Day or you may pay ahead using Venmo or PayPal. See payment instructions on bottom of order form.

Circle SWIM or DIVE for the team photo you want as part of your order. If your child participates on both teams and you want to order a separate team photo of the other team, be sure to write which team is to be part of your child's package order and which team is a separate photo.

Families may order individual and/or sibling photos. Be specific on the form as to what items are being ordered for each by writing each child's name and/or by writing 'Siblings' next to items ordered. If you want your children to be photographed as siblings, be sure they know that and get in line together.

All the packages on the order form (Items A, B, C, E and F) include a team photo. In Items A and F, the team photo is 8x10. In Items B, C and E, the team photo is a 5x7. The A La Carte 8x10 team photo is Item 25.

A package uses one image to create the items that are in the package with a team photo. Families may order Packages, A La Carte Items, or both.

A digital copy of the individual/sibling image may be purchased (Item U). It will be emailed to you.

We offer team photos only as prints.

We now require Mail to Home (there is a small fee) for all summer orders. Clearly write the mailing address where the order is to be sent.

There are four forms of payment accepted this year. Customers are asked to circle the payment they are using, and to note on the payment (Venmo, PayPal or check) the pool name and their child's name so I can match the form to the payment. Payment is to be made on or before Picture Day. . If payment is via cash or check, please enclose the payment and form in an envelope. There will be baskets by the photographers to place order forms/payment in.
