Thank you to all of the families who stopped by the social room on Sunday to take part in our Otter Suit Try-on Event. It was wonderful to see everyone and we are so excited to be getting the 2023 season underway!

NEW TEAM SUIT

If we missed you on Sunday - please make sure to visit the SuitUp store in University Mall (10627 Braddock Rd, Fairfax) so that you can try on and purchase our new team suit (Nike Solar Rise in Blue/Green). Suit Up is located in the center of the mall, accessible by walking down the sidewalk adjacent to the Giant. Although you can also purchase the team suit online, as the suit is brand new this year, we strongly recommend you try the suit on in person. On Sunday we heard a lot of parents mention that they ended up purchasing different sizes than they anticipated!!

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

If you haven’t done so already, please make sure to click HERE and register your swimmer for the 2023 season. If you have a 6 and under swimmer, or a swimmer of any age that is completely new to the Otters, we ask that you sign up for a new swimmer assessment. This is a great opportunity for your swimmer to meet our coaching staff and get used to the OSRC pool.

If your swimmer is not returning for the 2023 season, please reply to this email and we will make sure to take you off our 2023 distribution list.

SPIRIT WEAR STORE IS OPEN!

We have two opportunities for you to show your Otter Spirit! First, our Otter Store is now open and has many items available for both swimmers and parents, including sweatshirts, silicone caps, trucker hats, pajama pants, and much more! Click HERE to place your order today! Don’t delay - May 7 is the last day to order silicone caps and all other sales close May 21.

While you’re registering your swimmer you will also have the opportunity to purchase an Otter Water t-shirt in adult sizes. Reminder - these shirts tend to run smaller, so size accordingly!

Dates for both A & B meets are set - please click HERE to subscribe to our team calendar! It's going to be a great season!

Practices will begin on Wednesday, May 31. More information about practice times can be found here. Please note that due to sparse attendance in the past and frequent schedule conflicts, there will be no afternoon practices this season.

Volunteer sign-ups will open on Thursday, June 1 at 8:00 PM.
