TIME TRIALS UPDATES
Hello Otters,
We know that everyone is excited to get ready for the season and we have missed seeing you at the pool. We wanted to share with you some time trials updates.
It is our understanding that the air quality will improve over the next 48 hours and we will be at Code Orange by Friday afternoon and forecasted to be Code Yellow for Saturday. For various reasons beyond our control, there is not an option to reschedule Time Trials. As such, we plan to hold time trials if we are in a Code Orange environment on Saturday. We realize that your swimmer might not be able to participate on Saturday if we remain at Code Orange. We also realize that some of you might not be able to volunteer if we remain at Code Orange. As such, we would like to determine how many people will be unable to participate. Where we can, if a swimmer is unable to attend due to the air quality, we will consider 2022 data to seed the A meet on June 17th.
Please reply to this email ONLY if:
- You are unable to volunteer in Time Trials in a Code Orange environment
- Your swimmer is unable to swim in Time Trials in a Code Orange environment
If your swimmer is scheduled to attend time trials on Saturday and you do not reply to this email, we will assume that your swimmer will continue to attend time trials.
Thanks & GO OTTERS!!
