Good afternoon - 

The coaches are looking forward to a fun event this evening!  Coach Laura has asked that swimmers arrive at OSRC at 7:45 PM.  Please pick your swimmer(s) up promptly at 1 AM.  Due to strict volunteer requirements, RSVPs are now closed.  We are unable to accommodate any participants that haven't already declared their intent to attend to Coach Laura.  Thank you for understanding!

If you haven't already, please complete the attached permission slip.  You may return it via email or bring it to the event.  Swimmers will not be permitted to attend the lock-in without a signed permission slip.  Please pay $10 cash or venmo @lbranton123 to cover the cost of food and games.

Attendees should bring sneakers, a bathing suit, and a towel for dodgeball and pool games from 8 - 10 PM.  From 10 PM on, swimmers will participate in games inside the social room.  Pizza, water, and light snacks will be served around 10 PM. 

Please remind your swimmer(s) to comply with the rules outlined in the permission slip and to cooperate with coach and chaperone instructions.  Swimmers are not permitted to leave the social room after 10 PM.  Should they need to use a restroom in the locker rooms, they must notify a chaperone that they are leaving the social room.

Finally, please ensure you have identified an on-call parent or guardian in the event of an emergency.
