Friday Night Pep Rally - Theme "Otters are Back!"

Join us for the first pep rally of the season! The dress up theme is "Otters are Back" so channel your inner blue and green and come decked out in Otters attire or anything blue and green you can get your hands on! The Otters of the Week will be announced and awards will be handed out to the most spirited costumes! |

Mini Golf

Join the team at Oak Marr mini golf for a fun shot-gun start game of golf. We will have the entire course to ourselves - everyone starts at the same time, but at a different hole! Swimmers must RSVP so that we know who to expect. Please pay by cash (in a clearly marked envelope) or check made out to OSRC and leave it in the Lim family folder. The cost is as follows:
Oak Marr mask policy - those who are vaccinated are not required to wear a mask. However, those who are not vaccinated must wear a mask. |

Time Trials

Start: 9:00 AM
Warm-up: 8:00 AM
Time Trials are held one week prior to the first meet to obtain a baseline time for each swimmer in each stroke. These times are used to help in the selection of swimmers for the first A meet. Time Trials also provides an opportunity for a trial run of our meet procedures for officials, meet administration, and meet preparation. Unless otherwise notified, swimmers will swim all FOUR events at this meet. Unless approved by either the head coach or team reps, absence from Time Trials will result in the swimmer's inability to swim in the FIRST A Meet as the next official date that swimmers can earn times is the first B Meet. We strongly encourage ALL swimmers to attend Time Trials. |

MOD Pizza Fundraiser

Mark your calendars for a fun competition between the Oakton Otters and the Fair Oaks Sharks! On June 6th each team will hold a fundraiser at separate MOD Pizza locations. The Otters will be at the MOD Pizza in Kamp Washington. The team that raises the most money will be the Fundraising Champ for the summer!! New Swimmer Evaluations

All new swimmers to the Otters, as well as all aged 6 & Under swimmers, are required to come to an assessment. At this time, our head coach will have a chance to meet your swimmer(s) and watch them in the water. Our coaches will determine if they are ready for the swim team, or if they should be a part of the Otter Pups. Please note, to be an Otter or Otter Pup, you must be members (full or summer rental) of OSRC. Please click HERE to sign up for a time slot. We look forward to seeing you at the pool. |
