A Meet @ Little Hunting Park (AWAY)

Warm-up: 8:25 AM
Swimmers are selected for the A meets based on seed time and the needs of the team. The goal is to maximize the team’s chances of winning the meet by accumulating the most points. Three swimmers will be selected in each of the strokes in each of the age groups for boys and girls. The four strokes are freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Announcements of A Meet selections will be made via email by Wednesday or Thursday each week. This is an away meet - swimmers will meet at OSRC at approx 7:45am and caravan over to the host pool. |

Friday Night Pep Rally & Team Dinner - Goin' Bananas!

Start: 5:30 PM
End: 7:00 PM
Come dressed as your favorite fruit and join us for the tastiest pep rally ever! The Otters of the Week will be announced and awards will be handed out to the most spirited costumes! Parents: Events start at 5:30pm, dinner will be at 6pm, and everything will wrap up by 7pm. Feel free to drop off your swimmer(s)* or use this time to gather with friends and neighbors for happy hour! Swim team members swimming in the Saturday meet are not permitted in the pool during this time. *Parental discretion to be used for dropping off 8U swimmers. |

The team will watch the 1 PM showing of Spiderman (PG). Parents will be responsible for purchasing tickets directly from the theatre (either upon arrival or online in advance.) To access our block of reserved seats, please purchase tickets at the theatre. Please send your child with additional $ if they wish to purchase concessions. Parents should plan to stay with our younger Otters. Our coaches will not be able to leave the theater during the movie. Please RSVP by Wednesday at noon so that the coaches can assign themselves to theatre based on attendance. |
