Warm Ups and Arrival Times (Updated!)

This meet offers a general warm-up period before the first half, as well as a 10-minute warm-up prior to all events except butterfly.

First-Half Swimmers

7:10 AM: Arrival on deck no later than this time

7:25 - 7:40 AM: General warm-up (Oakton in Lanes 4/5/6). All first-half swimmers should warm-up during this time. Coaches will advise swimmers on whether to participate in subsequent pre-event warm-ups.

Second-Half Only Swimmers

If your swimmer is only swimming in the second half of the meet, please have them at the pool at least 30 minutes prior to the no-earlier-than start time for their event. They should participate in the pre-event warm-up for their event(s). Oakton will be warming-up in Lane 6.

If you have any questions, please ask. The timeline provided is an estimate. Please have your swimmer at the pool at least 30 minutes before their event time.

Swimmers and volunteers need to be there at 5:00pm. Warm-ups start promptly at 5:20pm and the meet will start at 6:00pm.
