Picture Day & Pancake Breakfast

Come on up to the pool at 8:00am for the annual team and individual pictures and then enjoy a fabulous pancake breakfast! IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING ORDERS Please print a copy of the order form to complete and send with your swimmer. Payment is due on Picture Day or you may pay ahead using Venmo or PayPal. See payment instructions on bottom of order form. Order Form - click HERE Picture Options - click HERE Circle SWIM or DIVE for the team photo you want as part of your order. If your child participates on both teams and you want to order a separate team photo of the other team, be sure to write which team is to be part of your child's package order and which team is a separate photo. Families may order individual and/or sibling photos. Be specific on the form as to what items are being ordered for each by writing each child's name and/or by writing 'Siblings' next to items ordered. If you want your children to be photographed as siblings, be sure they know that and get in line together. All the packages on the order form (Items A, B, C, E and F) include a team photo. In Items A and F, the team photo is 8x10. In Items B, C and E, the team photo is a 5x7. The A La Carte 8x10 team photo is Item 25. A package uses one image to create the items that are in the package with a team photo. Families may order Packages, A La Carte Items, or both. A digital copy of the individual/sibling image may be purchased (Item U). It will be emailed to you. We offer team photos only as prints. We now require Mail to Home (there is a small fee) for all summer orders. Clearly write the mailing address where the order is to be sent. There are four forms of payment accepted this year. Customers are asked to circle the payment they are using, and to note on the payment (Venmo, PayPal or check) the pool name and their child's name so I can match the form to the payment. Payment is to be made on or before Picture Day. . If payment is via cash or check, please enclose the payment and form in an envelope. There will be baskets by the photographers to place order forms/payment in. |

Senior Recognition Lunch

Each year we celebrate our seniors by providing a big luncheon. The cost for the luncheon is $5 per person. Hamburgers, hot dogs, sides and cake will be provided. Families of seniors are free. Please pay via cash or check when you arrive at the luncheon. PLEASE RSVP by Friday, July 9th @ 5:00pm |

A Meet: Cardinal Hill (Sr. Recognition)

Warm-up: 8:00 AM
Swimmers are selected for the A meets based on seed time and the needs of the team. The goal is to maximize the team’s chances of winning the meet by accumulating the most points. Three swimmers will be selected in each of the strokes in each of the age groups for boys and girls. The four strokes are freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Announcements of A Meet selections will be made via email by Wednesday or Thursday each week. This is a home meet - swimmers will meet at OSRC at 7:50am. Warm ups will begin promptly at 8am. |

Divisional Relays Dinner @ OSRC

Everyone is invited back to OSRC for a post Divisional Relay dinner. We will be having Chick-fil-a nuggets and tenders, veggie and fruit trays, chips, drinks, and cake. BYOB adult beverages.
